• Identifying, assessing and minimizing risks and impacts on employees and surroundings.
• Safety takes priority over production & quality and we create an environment where everyone entering and leaving P-MH can work safely & comfortably.
• Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health through SOP Habituation, CCTV Monitoring, ILS Implementation and energy performance improvement.
• Ensuring emergency preparedness by employing appropriate methods for emergency response and control.

• Complying with all the applicable Quality, Energy (efficiency, use & consumption) Environmental, Health and Safety legislations and other requirements.
• Consultation and participation of workers, and workers’ representatives.
• Enhancing the skills and competence of our employees, contractors and suppliers through appropriate training.
• Display visible commitment at every level by engaging all company & contractor employees in Energy, Safety, Health & Environment initiatives and activities.
• Support the procurement and design activities relating to Quality, Energy (efficiency, use & consumption) Environmental, Health and Safety efficient products and services, that impacts its performance, through our detailed design & purchasing criteria
• Optimizing the consumption of energy and natural resources.
• We continually improve our Quality, Energy, Environment, Health & Safety management system and its performance by engaging employees in QSS, with My machine, Project Activity [DMAIC].

Organization shall maintain Environmental, health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Standards.

We shall communicate this policy to all our employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors and shall make it available to all interested parties.
